Zero to Beginner · 6-Week Jiu Jitsu Course
Everyone in the room starts at zero.
A closed group of 16 absolute beginners, 12 classes over 6 weeks, coached by a 10th Planet black belt. You leave knowing how to control someone, get out of a bad spot, and defend yourself.

The course is for you if
- You do better with a set group and a start date.
- You've started and quit things before, and you know it.
- You want 12 classes with the same 15 people, not a drop-in schedule.
Not for you if
- You want to start this week. Cohort 4 starts Wednesday, November 4, 2026; the First 30 starts any day.
- You already train and what you want is open mat.
- You can't make the cohort nights.
Compared to the First 30: the course adds a fixed cohort that starts and finishes together, 12 lessons in a set order, weekly check-ins and a meal plan, and graduates lock $190/month instead of $220 (saves $390 a year).
Why a course, not a class
Jiu jitsu is difficult. Fun, but difficult.
The thing that makes people quit isn't the difficulty. It's being new, alone, in a room of people who aren't. So the course is a closed group of sixteen who all start on the same night, learn the same 12 lessons in the same order, and finish together. Nobody is the new guy, because everybody is.
Not sure it's for you? Book the free orientation. 30 minutes, in person or on Zoom, and a coach will tell you honestly whether the course or the First 30 is the better fit.
I'm out of shape. Is that a problem?
No. Jiu jitsu isn't a strength sport and nobody gets in shape first. The warm-ups scale to you.
What if I miss a class?
Every class is on video in your curriculum library, and you can make it up in the Fundamentals class that week.
What do I wear? Do I need a gi?
We're 100% no-gi. Your rashguard and shorts are included and waiting on day 1.
Course or First 30? Which one is for me?
The course is for people who want structure, a fixed group that starts together, and a coach on their case for 6 weeks. The First 30 ($100 trial month) is for people who'd rather just get on the mat in Fundamentals and figure it out at their own pace. The course includes the full uniform; The First 30 includes a free rashguard. Not sure? Book the free orientation and we'll tell you honestly.

Nothing is charged. A coach, not a call center, replies within 5 minutes during gym hours.
Who's training?
"Both" builds 2 plans.
Have you trained before?
Wrestling counts as "a little."

How old is your kid?
2 kids? Pick the younger; we'll place both.
Which nights can you actually make?
Pick 2 or more if you can. Be honest; the plan is built off this.
How did you hear about us?
Last one.

| The First 30 | $100 | |
$504 is what these cost bought separately. The First 30 is $100 because the goal is the 30 days, not the sale. It's 2 classes a week on purpose: that's the pace a beginner can keep, and keeping it is what the first 30 days are for.
Make all 8 classes and it pays for itself.
The First 30 is 2 classes a week, 8 in 30 days. Make all 8 and if you continue, the $100 you paid is credited to your first month of membership: $120 instead of $220. 2 a week is the pace a beginner can actually keep for a month, so the target isn't a hoop, it's the point.
There is no refund, and there is nothing to refund. If day 30 comes and this isn't for you, you keep the rashguard, you keep the guide, you keep the calendar, and you don't come back. No exit call, no fee, no "let's talk about why." We'd rather you leave with a rashguard than stay on a contract. The only way to get the $100 back is to make all 8 classes, and at that point most people don't want it back.
