Fundamentals, All Levels, Advanced. In that order.

3 class types so you're never in the wrong room. The First 30 ($100) is 2 classes a week for 30 days: start in Fundamentals, add All Levels when a coach says you're ready, and by day 30 you'll know whether this is your gym.

Why people stay

Built for people with jobs.

Nurses, lawyers, teachers, a guy who closes a restaurant at midnight and trains at 6 AM. 2–3 classes a week, 1 hour each, is the whole commitment; the schedule runs 6 AM to 8:30 PM so it fits around work, not the other way around.

Showers and towel service, so you can train at 11 and be back at your desk by 12:30. Changing rooms with cubbies, a women's room, complimentary coffee, iPad check-in. A gym that's actually clean: nails trimmed, no bare feet off the mat, footwipe at the door.
