Questions
4 things people ask
Do I need to be a member?
No. Members, non-members, and people visiting from other schools all book the same way.
What if I need to reschedule?
24 hours' notice moves it free. Inside 24 hours the session is charged. The coach held that hour for you.
How long do I have to use a bundle?
45 days from your 1st session. A bundle of 8 is 2 a week for 4 weeks with room to spare; a bundle of 4 is 1 a week. Book them as you go, or all at once.
How is this different from the First 30 intro lesson?
The First 30 intro is 30 minutes to get you ready for your first group class. These are full hours on whatever you want, for people already training or who want to move faster.

Where should we text your plan, you?
By tapping "Text me my plan" you agree that New Ground Jiu Jitsu may text, call and email you about your plan and your training, including with automated texting and dialing systems, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to stop.
Nothing is charged. A coach, not a call center, replies within 5 minutes during gym hours.
Who's training?
"Both" builds 2 plans.
Have you trained before?
Wrestling counts as "a little."
Which sounds more like you?
The first gets the First 30. The second gets the 6-Week Course, which starts Wednesday, November 4.
How old is your kid?
2 kids? Pick the younger; we'll place both.
Which nights can you actually make?
Pick 2 or more if you can. Be honest; the plan is built off this.
How did you hear about us?
Last one.

| Bought separately | $504 | |
| The First 30 | $100 | |
$504 is what these cost bought separately. The First 30 is $100 because the goal is the 30 days, not the sale. It's 2 classes a week on purpose: that's the pace a beginner can keep, and keeping it is what the first 30 days are for.
Make all 8 classes and it pays for itself.
The First 30 is 2 classes a week, 8 in 30 days. Make all 8 and if you continue, the $100 you paid is credited to your first month of membership: $120 instead of $220. 2 a week is the pace a beginner can actually keep for a month, so the target isn't a hoop, it's the point.
There is no refund, and there is nothing to refund. If day 30 comes and this isn't for you, you keep the rashguard, you keep the guide, you keep the calendar, and you don't come back. No exit call, no fee, no "let's talk about why." We'd rather you leave with a rashguard than stay on a contract. The only way to get the $100 back is to make all 8 classes, and at that point most people don't want it back.
