For 2 hours, we’ll guide you through:
Core beginner movements (simple, foundational, and easy to follow)
Introductory jiu jitsu techniques you can actually remember and use
A few basic self-defense scenarios focused on awareness, control, and confidence

This one’s all about community — bring a friend, bring your daughter, bring your mom, bring your sister, bring your roommate. If you’ve been wanting a reason to try something new together, this is it.
After class: hang + snacks
Once training wraps up, the ladies will hang out with food and drinks to relax, laugh, and get to know each other. No pressure, no awkwardness — just good vibes and new connections.
