6 Week Beginner’s Program

REGISTRATION OPENS AUGUST 27TH

PROGRAM STARTS OCTOBER 1ST

Our 6-week program is designed specifically for newcomers, with a guided training method that takes the guesswork out of learning Jiu Jitsu. Each class builds on the last, focusing on core techniques, proper movement, and foundational skills—so you never feel lost or overwhelmed. With step-by-step coaching and a supportive environment, you'll gain confidence, improve fitness, and develop real self-defense skills from day one.

What you’ll get

  • 6 WEEKS of training, 2X PER WEEK, 60 MINUTES per training session.

  • You will receive our FULL UNIFORM, consisting of a RASHGUARD and GRAPPLING SHORTS.

  • You’ll need something to carry all of your new gear and prepare for training. Included, will be a CUSTOM TOTE BAG + a CUSTOM WATER BOTTLE.

  • A 6 WEEK COMPREHENSIVE WORKBOOK will be provided with every weeks’ lesson laid out for you and broken into easily digestible steps.

  • An ACCOUNTABILITY COACH FOR 6 WEEKS, ensuring you’re staying on task with training and retaining all of the new information for a better understanding.

  • CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION + a SPECIAL MEMBER RATE, should you choose to continue your journey in Jiu Jitsu and get the full experience of a martial artist.

  • Not at all. This program is specifically designed for beginners of all ages, body types, and fitness levels. Our focus is on learning technique, building confidence, and helping you move at your own pace — no experience necessary.

  • No. This 6-week program is technique-focused, meaning you’ll spend time learning the core movements, positions, and submissions of Jiu Jitsu without any live sparring. Everything is cooperative and beginner-friendly.

  • We provide a full uniform (no-gi) as part of the program. Just wear something comfortable when you arrive, and we’ll get you set up. Bring a water bottle, flip flops, and be ready to move barefoot on the mat.

  • That’s completely normal — most beginners feel the same way. We’ve created a welcoming, ego-free environment where everyone is learning together. You’ll be surrounded by other first-timers and coaches who are here to support you.

  • Class sizes are kept small to ensure personalized instruction. This program will be limited to 16 students total. Each class includes multiple dedicated coaches and who will work closely with you to help you understand the techniques step by step.

  • Once you complete the program, you’ll have a strong technical foundation and a better understanding of whether Jiu Jitsu is right for you. If you choose to continue, we offer special membership rates for graduates and help you transition smoothly into our all-levels curriculum.
